Delivery & Returns
Unfortunately, there are rare occasions when there is a problem with delivery. If you do not receive your order by the expected delivery date, you MUST inform us at [email protected] within 48hours so our team can investigate with the relevant courier immediately. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to remedy the problem which may include a refund or reshipment of your order.
Incorrect delivery information as stated at the time of placing your order is the sole responsibility of the customer, in such events, the customer will be charged for additional carriage fees if we need to make a collection on their behalf and/or the order needs reshipping.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of ordering for full credit (*minus P&P fees) to your account with us Your Protein Hub only. Return postage fees are your responsibility. All returns are subject to our approval at Your Protein Hub Limited (also trading as Fit Pro Uk were applicable) and at our sole discretion only. We do not offer exchanges on supplements.
On meeting our returns satisfaction you should expect to receive your refund as store credit within four weeks of us receiving your returned items, however, in many cases, you will receive a refunded credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time to issue your credit (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, we will only accept returns after you have contacted us first, therefore please contact us with your order number and details about the product/item you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on gym accessories and clothing apparel due to hygiene reasons.
We can ship only to the Mainland UK at present. We aim to dispatch orders made before 2pm Monday - Friday the same day. Order placed after 2pm Monday - Friday are dispatched the next possible day. Weekend orders are dispatched Monday or the next business day e.g. bank holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
If your goods arrive damaged, you must inform us at [email protected] within 24 hours with photographic evidence of the damaged goods and the packaging you received so we can inform the relevant courier immediately and initiate the claims process. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to replace your damaged goods.

- Express normally arrives within 48 hrs*
- Free standard delivery on all orders over £99 - normally arrives within 3-5 working days*
*Seasonal holidays / adverse weather conditions may affect courier delivery times which is out of our control. All orders before 2 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the next working day. Orders from 3pm onwards on Friday's until 8 am Monday* are dispatched the next working day e.g Monday. These are only for guideline and not guaranteed.
